Updated Validation Ticket Request Process

Validation tickets for the Clayton Garage or Metro Garage may be requested for patient, guest/visitor, or event use only, subject to availability. Tickets are issued at 100% validation upon exit for the user. The requestors (department or Medical Center entities) will be billed monthly based on hourly usage of the tickets issued.

To request validation tickets, please visit the OFMD Parking & Transportation website or email to obtain the Validation Ticket Request Form. Send the completed form to for review, approval, and processing. Upon approval, tickets will be processed and printed for pick-up at the FISC desk within 3-5 business days (open M-F, 7am – 7pm). The requestors will be billed ticket material fees at the time of order, covering only the cost of the physical ticket. Upon ticket use, the requesting group will be billed back monthly based on the hourly usage. The patient use max charge is $6/day, and regular hourly rates are attached.

Event requests exceeding 20+ validations will need prior approval (2-week notice). Approval is subject to availability based on current garage capacity or previously scheduled events. Validation tickets are not permitted for employee use. Requestors are responsible for the issuance of tickets to individual users.

CSRB center tower roof replacement will begin on Monday, September 21th. On Saturday, September 19th, from (6am – noon), there needs to be a partial street closure on Children’s Place Street.
