WUSM Space Request

As a reminder, in order to request space at Washington University School of Medicine, departments should follow the steps below:
• Department submits a Planning & Project Request Form to OFMD Planning to request additional space and the Department-assigned planner contacts the requestor.
• Planner/PM completes a needs assessment for the Department or gathers additional information.
• OFMD Planning reviews request and recommendation(s) with the Dean’s office; AVC reviews request with other pertinent parties as the process requires.
• If request and recommendation is approved, OFMD Planning reviews recommendation with the Department.
• If the Department accepts recommendation, a Space Assignment Letter is generated.
