Renard loading dock platform and leveler replacement project will begin the week of July 19th. The purpose is to replace the deteriorated wooden loading platform with a concrete dock and new dock leveler. The scope includes the addition of a lit canopy to cover the platform and the entry stairs north of the dock. The estimated length of the project is 6 weeks. Please see the photo for the location of the construction zone.
Signage will be posted at the corner of West Building and at the dock platform to warn incoming traffic of construction and the unavailability of the platform. Please see the photo.
We will close off the dock inside the building at the main hall door and install a temporary barrier wall on the north side of the dock door. Construction signage will be placed on the door in the hall facing the elevators marking the construction. Please see diagram.
