Beginning in early 2021, Washington University in St. Louis launched an 18-month strategic planning process to develop a roadmap that will guide the university’s direction over the next decade. The planning process has been organized with working groups exploring nine issues that cut across any one school or department, including a working group focused on Environment, Climate Change, and Sustainability (ECCS). The ECCS working group consists of three sub-committees focused on teaching, research, and operations. Click here for more information on the overall Strategic Planning process.
The Operations sub-committee developed the following survey for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to seek ideas and input on the future of sustainable operations at WashU.
The Education sub-committee developed the following survey for alumni and employers to gather input on Washington University’s educational programs and the skills, knowledge, abilities, and aptitudes that are important after graduation.
