Taylor Avenue between Duncan Avenue and Forest Park Avenue will have lane closures starting on October 4 to relocate electrical equipment and install new electrical cables. There will be only one southbound and one northbound lane open during portions of this work. All lanes are expected to be reopened by November 12th.
