Barrier walls to be constructed in south lobby

Sent on behalf of Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Starting March 28, Campus Renewal Project contractors will build barrier walls near the gift shop and main level lobby entrance so contractors can perform noise and vibration testing in April. The noise and vibration testing will occur in the early evening to minimize impact.

The walls will not block access to any areas; however during construction of the walls, the stairs to the bridge nearest to the work will close.

Because the testing will damage the flooring, the area will remain walled off, and the flooring will not be repaired. This area is within the lobby reconstruction project that will start in 2023 when a new bridge from the garage is built. Watch for more information about the lobby project coming soon.
