The purpose of this outage on Sunday, April 24th 7-11 am is to perform maintenance and testing on the main electrical switchgear in the Penthouse that distributes redundant power to the 5th through 10th floors in Wohl Hospital. This requires de-energizing the necessary switchgear so that we can safely and effectively perform the required work. This work will ensure that the main electrical systems will continue to provide safe and reliable power. This outage is for the main switchgear that feeds the back-up or Source 2, of WH-ATS-2, and WOC-ATS-9EP1. Since these ATS’s are connected to the Normal/Source 1 Power, there should be no loss or interruption of power to any lighting or receptacles.
