The TAB center roof replacement will take place on May 4th to June 27th. We will be closing four parking spots (see attached photo) in the Taylor Avenue Building (TAB) lot to place a crane and dumpster for the TAB center roof replacement project.
The service lane will always remain open to single-lane traffic for patient pick up and drop off at 620 S. Taylor. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm. The loudest portion of the work (major cutting) will happen daily from 5:30 am to 7 am.
The small set of stairs to the upper parking lot and entrance door on the southeast corner of TAB will be closed for pedestrian safety. The trash receptacles will be moved to the upper parking lot on Monday, May 2, 2022, to accommodate for normal trash pickup throughout the entirety of the project.
