On 7/26 at approximately 9 am the air handler that serves heating and cooling and air flow to the 3rd floor suffered water damage due to a roof leak. The unit is currently off and we are working on drying out the electrical components. There will be little to no airflow and cooling to the 3rd floor for the time being.
