St. Nicholas Greek festival parking and traffic impacts

The 105th annual Greek Festival held by St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church will take place Labor Day weekend, Sept. 2-5. The Greek Festival chairs have graciously invited Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine, and BJC Shared Services team members on the Academic Campus to the event. Festival volunteers will expedite team members in the food service lines if they stop by during their shift and are wearing a work ID badge.

Following are parking and traffic impacts for the festival weekend:
• The Laclede Garage will be open for festival workers and attendees to park in during the following days and times:
o Thursday, Sept. 1, 6 p.m. to midnight
o Friday, Sept. 2, 9 a.m. to midnight
o Saturday, Sept. 3, 9 a.m. to midnight
o Sunday, Sept. 4, 9 a.m. to midnight
o Monday, Sept. 5, 9 a.m. to midnight

• Two lanes of traffic on Forest Park Avenue will be closed westbound from Laclede Garage to Kingshighway starting Thursday, Sept. 1, after the evening rush hour through the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 6.
