The building pre-heat system experienced a major failure which resulted in the Air Handler Units serving the building to shut down. Currently, Facilities Engineering is in the process of recovering the pre-heat system. When the system has been recovered the Air Handler Units will be able to operate. The animal holding room temperatures are being monitored closely to insure that the rooms stay within their normal operating condition. A follow-up notice will be delivered once all the systems are functioning normally.
All systems have returned to normal operations. Control room technicians will be monitoring space temperatures and air handler operations throughout the night and weekend for any issues.
