Maintenance Technician III (posting #45501): This position provides facilities maintenance services to assure quality conditions for mechanical/electrical systems and building structures.
Facilities Tech II (Carpenter/Small Projects) (posting #45807): This position requires the individual to be the facilities carpenter for small projects, prioritizing and accomplishing a variety of structural and architectural repairs, as well as interior and exterior finish and furnishing maintenance etc. at Washington University School of Medicine.
Facilities Tech II (Energy Management Technician) (posting #45796): This position performs duties of a communication gathering center for Washington University School of Medical. Dispatch received messages or information to the appropriate security or maintenance personnel. Documents all alarms, requests for service, employee absence or tardy, information that has been reported by telephone, energy management system, fire alarms system etc. Performs set point adjustments, stops and starts mechanical equipment, modifies and creates sequences of operations programs and performs diagnostic test to all energy management and fire alarm compute systems installed at Washington University School of Medicine. Provides a first response to emergencies when regular maintenance personnel are not on campus.

Heavy Equipment Preventive Maintenance Mechanic (posting #45145): This position provides recognized procedures and techniques to safely perform duties repairing and servicing of equipment. The mechanic will primarily work on generators, cooling towers, pumps, and chillers. The mechanic will assist others on larger projects and will perform other duties as assigned.
Planner II (posting # 46315): This position plans, analyzes, estimates and completes conceptual and detailed work products in support of the strategic efforts for facilities projects ensuring efficiency within designated budget. Custodian II (Day Porter) (posting #46135): This positions provides general custodial services by performing a variety of cleanings tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work area for staff, students, and faculty. Provides a high level of customer service. Performs as subject matter expert in general cleaning, works as a floater in your assigned campus area, completes small deep cleaning projects, and operates floor care machines.

Serves as a back-up to the supervisor when they are absent or unavailable. Ensures all phases of job tasks are completed daily and observes work performance for both quality and quantity. Identifies training needs and advises the custodial supervisor.
