DESCRIPTION: Today at 8:04 a.m. the Medical Campus experienced an instantan
 eous power interruption from Ameren U.E.caused by issues related to the sno
 w storm. At this time all normal electrical power has been restored to the 
 Medical Campus and Facilities Engineering is in the process of checking all
  mechanical systems to insure that they are functioning correctly.
