 rted on the 1st floor of the building. Facilities Engineering determined th
 at a drain pipe had a malfunction causing the leak. and that the two Air Ha
 ndler Units that provide heating and cooling for the north side of floors 9
  and 10 have to be shut off to repair this drain pipe. Facilities Engineeri
 ng is in the process of repairing this drain line as quickly as possible.</
 p><p>A follow-up notice will be delivered once the drain line has been repa
 ired and the two Air Handler Units can be restored to normal operating cond
 ition.</p><p>We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
