As of 4:20 AM on Sunday 2-7-2021 a ll HVAC systems have returned to normal operation and all A/BSL3 or BSL3 al arms have returned to normal. All activities may resume in the affected are as.

At approximately 1:40 AM\, there was a low temperature c ondition detected on multiple supply air handling units in CSRB NTA which c aused these units to shut down including the supply air unit for the 4th fl oor that serves the ABSL3 suites. No work should take place on the 4th floo r. At this time Facilities Engineering is in the process of recovering thes e air handling units. A follow-up message will be delivered once all mechan ical systems and room pressures are working in a normal manner.
