As of 12:30 PM all work is complet ed and the lab can resume normal operation. 

At approximatel y 6:00 a.m. A/BSL3 Room 426 experienced a mechanical failure with the suppl y air valve. No work should take place within the A/BSL3 426/443 suite unti l this issue has been resolved. A follow-up notification will be delivered when all repairs have been made and all alarms have returned to normal.

Facilities Engineering is still in the process of repairing the supply a ir valve.  No work should take place in the 426/443 A/BSL3 suite until this valve has been repaired.  It is anticipated that the repairs will be compl eted by 3:30 PM.  A revised outage notification will be delivered with an u pdate regarding this repair.
