 n East McDonnell this will affect all normal lighting power on floors B – 4
 th. It will also affect normal receptacle and equipment power on floors B –
  3rd. The generator will run and provide power to all emergency lighting an
 d receptacles.</p><p>This outage will also require the 4515 Couch Building 
 to be single lined to the 'W' feed. There should not be any interruption of
  normal power. The generator will run in the Couch Building due to de-energ
 izing the normal power to the Fire Pump Controller.</p>
