 n East McDonnell this will affect all normal lighting power on floors 5 - P
 . It will also affect normal receptacle and equipment power on floors 4 - P
 . The generator will run and provide power to all emergency lighting and re
 ceptacles.</p><p>This outage will also require the 4515 Couch Building to b
 e single lined to the 'D' feed. There should not be any interruption of nor
 mal power.</p>
