  within the 7303-Diamond BSL3 lab or 7230-BSL3 lab. Facilities Engineering 
 is in the process of investigating and resolving this issue. A follow-up me
 ssage will be delivered once all mechanical systems are working in a normal
  manner.</p><p><strong> As of 11:45 PM\, all HVAC systems have returned to 
 normal operation\, and all BSL3 alarms have returned to normal.  All activi
 ties may resume in the affected areas.</strong></p><p>We thank you for your
