  to inform the occupants of the building that a power blip occurred at 4:12
  a.m. in the West Building and McMillan Hospital.  At this time the BSL3 fa
 cility in McMillan is down.  NO WORK should take place at this time in the 
 BSL3 facility until normal power has been restored to the facility  and all
  HVAC systems have returned to their normal operating conditions.  A follow
 -up email will be delivered indicated that normal work can be resumed in th
 e BSL3.  Facilities Engineering is in the process of restoring all building
  systems at this time.</p><p>We thank you for your patience and understandi
 ng at this time.</p>
