  test of the fire alarm devices on the new East Link construction project b
 y the City of St. Louis building inspectors. Due to it's connection to the 
 Mid Campus Center the fire alarm devices on floors 1\, 2\, and 3 will be ac
 tivated and occupants on these floors will see strobe lights flashing and h
 ear fire alarm horn and audible messages. During the testing period(s) occu
 pants will <span style="text-decoration: underline\;"><strong>not</strong> 
 </span>need to evacuate the building. After the testing has been completed 
 an "all clear" signal will be announced.</p>
