 oject. On Wednesday\, October 4th from 9:00 am to 9:30am a pre-test will be
  performed to determine if the fire alarm equipment is functioning correctl
 y. On Thursday\, October 5th the final test shall be performed with the Cit
 y of St. Louis inspector from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. During both of these test
  occupants will see strobe lights flashing and hear fire alarm audible mess
 ages\, but they will not need to evacuate the building.</p><p>We thank you
