DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this outage notification is perform a pre-test 
 of the Fire Alarm System for the 1st floor construction project. Occupants 
 of the building will see strobe lights flashing and hear audible alarm mess
 ages from the Fire Alarm System. During this test occupants of the building
  will NOT need to evacuate the building.
