From 3pm on Friday\, November 18 to 4am on Monday\, November 28\, Children's Place Drive will be closed to vehicle ac cess to the STLCOP dock area and to EPNEC. This shutdown is to allow street asphalt paving from STLCOP garage entrance to the STLCOP loading dock and also to allow concrete apron pour at the STLCOP loading dock.
On Frid ay\, November 18\, we will remove the concrete at the STLCOP loading dock a pron so the street will be open but there will be no access to EPNEC or to the STLCOP loading dock. This shutdown is at Children's Place west of the S TLCOP garage entrance. Pedestrian traffic will be impacted by this work. Th e sidewalk will be closed from the west STLCOP pedestrian garage to the Ell en S. Clark Hope Plaza. This will start from 3pm on Friday\, November 18 to 6am on Tuesday\, November 22.
