The WashU Medicine Staff Climate and Culture Advisory Committee utilizes industry best practices to develop a sustainable and scalable framework that enhances employee experience, retention, and workplace collaboration, while promoting optimal employee engagement and fostering a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, supported, and welcome. It will build on the Executive Faculty Task Force on Climate and Culture.
