From Monday, September 18, 2023, through the end of November 2023, the WUSM Operations & Facilities Management Department (OFMD), along with architect and engineer representatives, will begin conducting facility condition assessments within and outside the following buildings: East Imaging, East Building, Clinical Sciences Research Building, Biotechnology Center, 4511 Forest Park, Core@718 and Core@818.
Those conducting the assessments will walk the buildings inside and outside with WUSM representatives. They will be mindful of occupants and do not anticipate impacting daily activities.
They will complete scans of the buildings and take some photographs while reviewing conditions. They will blur all people and any sensitive materials captured. WUSM OFMD will use the images and written assessments for internal building renewal and capital planning.
For Core@718 and Core@818, we don’t anticipate entering any apartments but will notify occupants in advance if needed.
