The Continuous Improvement team was established in FY23.  The strategic goals of this team include supporting all EPO-Medicine service areas in the recruitment and retention of qualified employees, engaging and developing our teams while fostering our departmental culture, collaborating with each service area to develop and maintain staffing plans, and supporting restructuring and reorganizations, assisting with the launching and evaluating of programs, and being a liaison to HR Central.
