Parking violations may be paid at the Facilities Integrated Customer Service Center (FISC) on the first floor of 4590 Nash Way, St. Louis, MO 63110. You can also visit  https://commerce.cashnet.com/MEDPARK to pay with a credit card. Disputes must be sent to MedParking@wustl.edu, including explanations for why a parker is disputing a ticket.

Some violations to parking regulations could result, in addition to a citation, in the vehicle being booted or towed from campus without prior notice.

Such violations include:

  • Vehicles parked in a fire lane or restricted zone. Campus fire lanes must always be kept clear to allow appropriate response from emergency teams if necessary.
  • Vehicles parked in areas not specifically designated for parking.
  • Vehicles parked in areas designated for Visitor Parking Only (employees and students of the University are not considered visitors to campus).
  • Vehicles parked illegally in a space designated as disabled.
  • Vehicles parked in patient spaces.
  • Vehicles parked illegally at a service dock.
  • Vehicles with three or more outstanding tickets
  • In addition to the $500 fine for displaying a lost, stolen, invalid or fraudulent annual, monthly or daily permit, the car will be booted or towed at the owner’s expense. The violator could also have their parking privileges revoked, and the owner may be referred for criminal prosecution.
