Mail & Receiving operates docks at four locations on campus.
Our services include receiving inbound freight and supplies for pickup by department representatives. Our docks use a computerized tracking system that lets our department monitor your packages from the moment they arrive at the dock until your staff signs for them. We also operate two sorting room locations, which include receiving and sorting U.S. mail and inter-campus mail.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
All deliveries must be received by 4:30 p.m.

Mail Collection Boxes
Mail collection drop box locations are listed below. Collection times are 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
These mailboxes accept all types of mail, including inter-office mail for WashU Medicine, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and St. Louis Children’s Hospital, as well as USPS mail to be metered, and mail with USPS stamps or meter postage.
