The Operations & Facilities Management Department (OFMD) Recognition Program acknowledges the staff members—individual and team—who have shown meritorious service, dedication and contributions to OFMD and to WashU Medicine beyond the requirements and expectations of the job; and who have gone above and beyond their duties by exhibiting the department’s PRIDE+ core values and providing quality customer service.
How to Nominate:
To nominate an employee who has shown meritorious service, dedication and contributions to the Operations & Facilities Management Department (OFMD) and to WashU Medicine, please complete the nominate a team member form. Employees who have active disciplinary action or who are on a Performance Improvement Plan are not eligible.
Recognition Events:
Each month, our recognition committee reviews nominations submitted by colleagues. Award recipients are notified by email and invited to attend the following month’s People + Place afternoon event.
At the conclusion of People + Place, we hold a special recognition ceremony to celebrate the achievements of our participants. Honorees are recognized for their contributions, presented with a certificate, and receive a voucher for a meal at Kaldi’s Café.
