The Enterprise Physical Operations – Medicine (EPO-M) Recognition Program acknowledges the staff members—individual and team—who have shown meritorious service, dedication and contributions to EPO and to WashU Medicine beyond the requirements and expectations of the job; and who have gone above and beyond their duties by exhibiting the department’s PRIDE+ core values and providing quality customer service.
How to Nominate:
To nominate an employee who has shown meritorious service, dedication and contributions to the Enterprise Physical Operations Department – Medicine (EPO-M) and to WashU Medicine, please complete the nominate a team member form. Employees who have active disciplinary action or who are on a Performance Improvement Plan are not eligible.
Recognition Events:
Each month, our recognition committee reviews nominations submitted by colleagues. Award recipients are notified by email and invited to attend the following month’s People + Place afternoon event.
At the conclusion of People + Place, we hold a special recognition ceremony to celebrate the achievements of our participants. Honorees are recognized for their contributions, presented with a certificate, and receive a voucher for a meal at Kaldi’s Café.
