The 3rd floor of the East McDonnell (EMD)building will undergo a full gut renovation to create the new WU-GREaT gnotobiotic research facility, beginning in October 2023 and completing mid-2024.
During that time the General Contractor will utilize a portion of the parking area on the east side of EMD for site logistics, staging, and access to parts of the second & third floor exterior envelopes.
