Facilities will be preforming maintenance on the electrical switchgear. During this outage all critical loads, in the East and West Data Centers, fed from UPS Systems will be transferred between “D” and “W”. This will preserve UPS redundancy at the cabinet level in both the East and West data centers for the duration of the outage. During the Transferring process the critical loads will experience a brief interruption of power, while they are being transferred. The entire building will continue to be on dual fed utilities, and will have full generator back up available. This outage will only affect UPS Systems:
