The OFMD Fire Extinguisher Program has completed Monthly and Annual inspections in all four tiers. This is a very large area to cover and many extinguishers to inspect. There may be extinguishers that were missed in the process, and we will be happy to add them to the list and schedule them for inspection. Please let us know if you have any issues with extinguishers on the Washington University School of Medicine Campus.
