Heavy construction is beginning on the 3rd floor renovation in the @4240 building. The hoisting window for this is on the north side of the building off of Duncan Avenue. For the next 6 months, there will be intermittent lane shut-downs and sidewalk closures on Duncan Avenue in front of the building.
There are no plans at this stage to shut the street down, only one lane. Full street closures will be communicated in advance.
