In support of the decontamination of 8201C-BSL3 lab, the adjacent BSL3 labs in the 8201 suite will be shut down on Tuesday, January 25th as identified below:
- 8201E, K (Stallings) and 8201L, M, N (Khader): A brief outage (approximately 15 minutes or less) at two different points during the outage times listed above. The first outage will be between 8:00 and 9:30. The second outage will be between 12:30 and 2:00 PM. This outage is a precautionary measure as the supply/exhaust air is shut down for the 8201C-BSL3 lab lab in the morning and turned back on in the afternoon. Work may occur in these BSL3 suites between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
- 8201D (Kutluay): This lab uses the same entry/exit path as 8201C; therefore, it will be closed for the entire duration of the outage.
The two outages will be coordinated with the 8201 users. NO work may take place in 8201 suite during this outage as described above.
