On April 10th, starting at 7 pm, workers will start the roof tear-off process for the Clinical Sciences Research Building (CSRB) first-floor roof replacement and fall protection installation. The roof tear-off and noisy work will be done during night hours.
This work is scheduled for the night shift 7 pm – 5 am daily, during the normal work week. The chute and dump trailer will be removed every morning to allow clear pedestrian access down the path between buildings and unimpeded parking, pick-ups, deliveries, and vehicular traffic in the adjacent drive lane and parking lot.
The project is estimated to take 5 weeks with an estimated substantial completion date of May 12th (weather dependent).
