From March 4th through May 31st, WUSM OFMD, along with architect and engineer representatives, will begin conducting facility condition assessments within and outside the following buildings: 4444 Forest Park, 620 S. Taylor (Taylor Avenue Building Extension), and the Steven & Susan Lipstein BJC Institute of Health.
Those conducting the assessments will walk the buildings inside and out with WUSM representatives. They will be mindful of occupants and do not anticipate impacting daily activities.
They will complete scans of the buildings and take some photographs while reviewing conditions. They will blur all people and any sensitive materials captured. WUSM OFMD will use the images and written assessments for internal building renewal and capital planning.
