CSRB North Tower Addition – Air Handling Unit Service Interruption

8:50 a.m.-11:10 a.m.

As of 11:10 AM all HVAC systems have returned to normal operation and all A/BSL3 or BSL3 alarms have returned to normal.  All activities may resume in the affected areas.

At approximately 8:46 AM, there was a low temperature condition detected on multiple supply air handling units in CSRB NTA which caused these units to shut down including the supply air unit for the 4th floor that serves the ABSL3 suites. No work should take place on the 4th floor. At this time Facilities Engineering is in the process of recovering these air handling units. A follow-up message will be delivered once all mechanical systems and room pressures are working in a normal manner.

We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
