After-Hours Request Form

After-Hours Request Form

Faculty, staff, and students can apply to have after-hours parking granted on their WUSM ID badge in either the Clayton or Metro Garage, pending eligibility and approval. It is up to the Parking and Transportation office to review and assign the parking if the application is approved. After-hours parking in the Metro Garage is reserved for Clinical Employees (Including Clinical Faculty), Clinical Residents, and Clinical Fellows who pay for monthly parking on campus. Others may apply for after-hours parking in the Clayton Garage. After-hours parking is considered: Clayton Garage: 2pm-6am (entry after 2pm, exit before 6am), Metro Garage: 2pm - 8am (entry after 2pm, exit before 8am). PLEASE NOTE: Paid monthly permits give you 24/7 access. You do not need to register for after-hours access in the garage where you hold a paid monthly permit. Upon receiving an approval email, please allow 5 business days for access to be added to your WUSM ID badge. For questions, email medparking@wustl.edu.
Staff, Students, and Other positions will be defaulted to Clayton Garage after-hours access.
Metro Garage is only available for Clinical Employees, Residents, & Fellows who pay for parking on campus. Metro Garage after hours is 2pm-8am (entry after 2pm, exit before 8am). Clayton Garage is available for non-clinical faculty and staff. Clayton Garage after hours is 2pm-6am (entry after 2pm, exit before 6am).
  • If you do not hold a monthly, paid permit for parking on campus, you are ineligible for Metro Garage after-hours access. Please register for Clayton Garage after-hours access.
  • Access is activated on WUSTL ID. Assignment based on approval and availability. Please allow 5 business days to activate access once approved.

If an individual parker violates or misuses the after-hours policy on a Parking Services audit, WUSM will revoke parking privileges for the assigned garage. WUSM considers violations of this policy theft by the University, and violators are subject to fines and corrective counseling, up to and including termination of employment.

By acceptance and utilization of this privilege, you acknowledge that you will abide by the policies outlined, parking in the garage only during the allowed hours and making alternative arrangements for daytime parking as needed for your work schedule.
