Upcoming operations will involve a boom truck for our AHU maintenance project at the SRF East facility. For safety reasons, access to McKinley Ave Road and the backside of the facility will be partially restricted during these operations. Key dates and times are as follows:

March 15th – Crane Pick Closes McKinley Avenue
The South Building’s fall protection installation will be on March 15th. Interface Construction will block both sides of McKinley Avenue to lift the fall protection materials and equipment onto the South Building’s roof. McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-Network Engine Service Interruption 3/13/2025
On Thursday, March 13th 6-7 am, Johnson Controls will modify the network engine that serves the MPRB-8201 BSL3 suite. Although there is no anticipated impact on HVAC performance, out of abundance of caution, NO work will be permitted in the BSL3 lab during the noted times.
CSRB North Tower Addition-Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 3/13/2025
On Thursday, March 13th from 4-6 am Facilities will shut down air handling unit NTAAHU4 and NTAAHU5 serving the 4th floor ABSL3 labs to take measurements needed for an active fan guard project. As a precaution NO work will be allowed within the 4th floor ABSL3 labs during the noted times.
