Ameren manhole rebuild at Newstead and Clayton
Ameren is making essential repairs at Clayton and Newstead Avenues. Newstead is closed to northbound traffic above Clayton. Ameren expects the work is expected to continue through Wednesday October 4th.Please consider alternate routes during this time.
Wohl Clinic-Elevator Service Interruption 10/9-10/13/2023
Elevator #15 will be taken out of service, starting at 7 am on Monday, October 9th, so that KONE can replace the ropes. Once the work is complete elevator #15 will be returned to service.

Northwest Tower-Electric Service Interruption 10/5/2023
BJC Facilities will be changing out a medium voltage breaker on October 5th 4 am – 5am. This will affect the normal power in the building, emergency power will be available after a short blip when the generator starts.

McMillan Hospital-BSL3 Lab 1103 Service Interruption 10/2/2023
In order to make wall repairs BSL3 Lab 1103 will be out of service on Monday, October 2nd 6 am – 2 pm. During this time NO work shall take place in the lab.
McDonnell Medical Sciences Building-Chilled Water Service Interruption 10/1/2023
On Sunday, October 1st from 7 am to 12 pm there will be a chilled water outage for the McDonnell Medical Sciences Building to make repairs to the electrical components for the pumps for the building. In this time there will be limited to no cooling to the building.
Clinical Sciences Research Building-Air Handling Unit 10/19/2023
On Sunday, October 19th 12 am – 6 am Facilities will be working on the air handler that serves the north side of the fourth floor. The supply air will be turned off during this time. Temperatures and airflow may vary during this outage. Fume hoods will not be affected during this time.
