On Tuesday, June 13th 5:00 am – 6:30 am facilities technicians will be performing preventive maintenance the the air handling and exhaust systems serving the 4th and 5th floors. Occupants may experience lower supply and exhaust air flow. During this time NO work shall take place in any BSL3 lab.

Couch Biomedical Research Building-Gas Service Interruption 6/7/2023
On June 6th from 7 am to 12 pm there with be a medical gas outage to the 2nd floor of the Couch Biomedical research building. This will only affect the west half of the second floor there be limited to no lab air, vacuum, gas, argon, and nitrogen in this time.

Couch Biomedical Research Building-Chilled Water Service Interruption 6/1/2023
On Thursday June 1st from 6 am to 8 am there will be a chilled water outage to only the second floor of the Couch Biomedical Research Building to and new lines for a upcoming lab. In this time frame there will be limited to no cooling on the second floor only.
Specialized Research Facility East-Elevator Service Interruption 6/1/2023
Elevator #82 will be taken out of service for repairs on Thursday, June 1, from 8 am to 12 pm. Once repair is complete, it will be returned to service.

To make repairs, no domestic hot water will be available to the building on June 10th 12 am-June 11th 4 pm. This will affect all restrooms, sinks, showers, and any system using domestic hot water. A follow-up notification will be issued when all repairs have been completed and the system is back to normal operation.
