Between September 11-17, 8-10 am the 7302-BSL3 lab will be decontaminated to accommodate maintenance work occurring in the BSL3 lab. NO research work may occur in the 7301 BSL3 suite during this outage.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, September 21st, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.
Steven & Susan Lipstein BJC Institute of Health-Emergency Eye Wash Station 9/11/2025
On Thursday, September 11th 7-9 am facilities technicians will be making repairs to the emergency eyewash station in the B120 BSL3 suite. During this time, NO work shall take place within the suite.
COMPLETED-Mid Campus Center-Gas Service Interruption 9/4-5/2025
The natural gas will be out of service until further notice due a disruption in the gas supply. This will affect the heating in the entire building.
Clinical Sciences Research Building-Cold Room 10012 Service Interruption 9/4-25/2025
Due to a mechanical failure, cold room 10012 will need to be shut down to make the necessary repairs. During this time, the unit will not be able to maintain temperature, and no items should be stored in the unit.
East Building-Exhaust Fan Service Interruption 9/6/2025
Facilities will be shutting down Exhaust fan 20 for maintenance. This will affect the entire building exhaust system and fume hoods in the basement and ground floor labs. During this time, do not use use fume hoods until the end time of the outage. Thank you for your patience.

Mallinckrodt Institute Radiology-Fire Alarm Service Interruption 9/18/2025
On Thursday, September 18th, from 4:00 to 7:00 a.m., facilities will conduct a test of the Fire Alarm System throughout the building. During the test, there will be audible alarms and visible alarms. This is ONLY a test there will be no need for evacuations
