Elevator 102 is currently out of service due to a controller failure and will remain so until further notice. KONE is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

On July 10th, from 9 pm to July 11th, 6 am, contractors will be making modifications to the exhaust system serving floors 7-11 on the north labs (vertical expansion). During this time, fume hoods in the north labs will be unavailable.

Elevator #32 will be taken out of service to replace the brake assembly. Once the work is complete, it will be returned to service.

Elevators in the listed buildings will be out of service for testing on emergency generator power between 5:00 am and 7 am. During this time, lighting and equipment connected to the emergency power system may experience a brief disruption when the power is transferred. On Saturday, July 12th, 5 am – 2 pm, this outage will affect all domestic hot and cold water, including cage washers, autoclaves, restrooms, vacuum systems, and any equipment that requires domestic water.

Elevator #79 is currently out of service for repairs and will remain so until further notice. Parts are on order. Once the repairs are made, the elevator will be returned to service.
