Elevators in the listed buildings will be out of service for testing on emergency generator power between 5:00 am and 7 am. During this time, lighting and equipment connected to the emergency power system may experience a brief disruption when the power is transferred. The following list indicates which buildings’ elevators will be tested:

During the dates and times noted below, facilities technicians will complete preventive maintenance on the HVAC systems serving the lower-level vivarium, including the B120 BSL3 suite. NO work will take place in the B120 suite during this time. 6/18 5 am – 7 am6/19 5 am – 7 am

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, June 22nd, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

On Thursday, June 12th, 12:00-6 am, the domestic cold and domestic hot water will be shut down to assist the construction project on the 9th floor water system tie-ins. The access programming for the 7303 BSL3 suite will be updated on Wednesday, June 4th, from 1 to 1:30 pm. NO work may occur in the 7303 BSL3 suite during this outage.

On Thursday, June 5, from 3-6 am, contractors will install upgrades to the lab air system. This will affect all air tables, cage wash machines, turrets at lab benches, autoclaves, fume hood lab air turrets, and anything coming off of lab air with a regulator.

On Saturday, June 7th, 7-11 am, facilities will conduct an electrical outage for maintenance. The affected areas will be normal-powered receptacles and lighting from floors 4 through the penthouse. The generator will run, providing power to the emergency receptacles and lighting. The elevator will be operational.
