On Wednesday, October 16th, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Facilities and St. Louis city inspectors will inspect the garage fire alarm system. There will be an audible alarm and strobe light throughout the garage. There will be no need for evacuation. THIS IS ONLY A TEST.

This outage is to upgrade the firmware in the Building Network Automation Engine. We anticipate that none of the building HVAC systems will be affected.

On Monday, September 30th, from 4-7 am, an Air Handling Unit outage will affect HVAC airflow on the east side of the building. Spaces can be used but will have limited temperature control. During this outage on Wednesday, September 25th 12 am – 8 am there will not be any DI water available on the 7th, 8th and 9th floors.

Midwest Elevator will start the modernization project for elevators #47 and #48. One elevator will be taken out of service at a time to be modernized. Each elevator is expected to take approximately 14 weeks to complete.

Midwest Elevator will begin work on the modernization project on Elevators #58 and #59. Elevator #59 will be taken out of service first, and it will be down for approximately 17 weeks. After #59 is complete, it will be returned to service, and #58 will be taken out of service to be modernized.

On Sunday, October 13th 7 am – 3 pm Facilities will be conducting cleaning of the switchgear on the “W” feeder, power will be transferred to the “D” feeder so there will be no interruption of utilities during the outage.
