Synopsis: An unaffiliated woman was located sitting outside the Grant Medical Clinic. She told officers she had been assaulted by a person she knew. The assault occurred off campus, in the 4600 block of Lindell Ave. She refused to tell officers the identity of her attacker. The SLMPD was called to the scene. The woman refused to file a police report. SLFD transported the woman to the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Emergency Department for evaluation and treatment.

Synopsis:  A Protective Services officer observed a male subject behaving erratically. The officer asked if the subject needed help, however the subject ignored the officer. Due to the subject's behavior, the officer continued observing him at a distance. The subject walked through Hope Plaza, approached a St. Louis Children's Hospital (SLCH) nurse, and punched her in the back of the head. The subject ran and the Protective Services officer immediately pursued him. The officer was able to catch the subject and arrest him near the Center for Advanced Medicine. The subject refused to identify himself, however Protective Services officers identified him from a Be On the Lookout (BOLO) bulletin issued for a similar assault in January 2020. The SLMPD was called to the scene and took custody of the subject. The nurse was not badly injured. SLCH Public Safety officers convinced her to go the SLCH ED as a precaution.
