Synopsis: A WUSM employee reported a campus shuttle bus driver on the route between 1234 S. Kingshighway and campus had attempted to steal her purse. The employee inadvertently left her purse on the shuttle in the morning. When she rode the shuttle back to her vehicle, she saw her purse in the driver’s possession. The employee asked for the purse but the driver refused to relinquish it. The employee took the purse and reported the matter. Protective Services notified the appropriate departments and the shuttle vendor for disciplinary action against the driver.
Disposition: Investigation is complete.
