Location: Clinical Sciences Research Building (CSRB) Bike Rack
Synopsis: A WUSM community member reported leaving her bike in the CSRB bike rack prior to being furloughed in February of 2020. Upon returning to campus, the community member found the physical lock from the cable bike lock on the ground, however the bike and cable were gone. Protective Services is investigating to determine if the bike was stolen or removed as abandoned property.

Synopsis: A WUSM employee reported a bottle of prescription medication went missing from a locker or breakroom approximately one month ago. The bottle had several different medications in it, including oxycodone. The employee did not report the matter at the time. Upon attempting to refill his prescription, the School of Medicine clinic directed him to make a report with Protective Services.

Synopsis: A WUSM employee left his bicycle in his lab when he began working remotely in March 2020. The bike was moved to storage area in December 2020 and was noticed to be missing on 1/6/2021. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: An employee reported a missing university-owned laptop. The laptop was last accounted for in June of 2020 and is believed to be misplaced. There was no protected health information on the laptop. The HIPAA compliance office was still notified.
