Location: 818 Core Apartments
Synopsis: An unaffiliated intoxicated subject drove his truck through the 818 Core Apartments parking lot exit gate arm, breaking it off the pedestal. The damage to the gate arm was minimal as the arm is designed to break away if there is impact. The SLMPD was called and determined the intoxicated subject could be released to a family member.
Disposition: Investigation is complete.

Location: 4444 Forest Park Avenue
Synopsis: During a building check, Protective Services officers located a broken window at the 4444 Forest Park Avenue Building near the Occupational Therapy entrance. The window turned out to be a false window, covering a solid wall. The broken window did not allow for entry into the building. No other windows were broken and no other damage was reported. There was no evidence of any unlawful entry into the building. A review of CCTV camera footage was unable to further the investigation. Protective Services is investigating.

Location: Euclid Metered Parking Lot
Synopsis: A WUSM community member reported damage to the rear bumper of his vehicle while parked in the Euclid Parking Meter Lot. A review of CCTV footage in the area showed a vehicle strike the community member’s parked vehicle and drive away. The striking vehicle had been reported stolen earlier in the day. SLMPD responded to take a report. Protective Services is assisting in the investigation.
